Circle K Stores in 12 March of Dimes chapters are being transformed into pumpkin patches during the annual March of Dimes Pick-A-Pumpkin campaign in October/November. Orange paper pumpkins may be purchased with a $1 donation and a gold pumpkin is available for a $5 donation at Circle K Store locations in the following states: - Illinois

- Kentucky
- Michigan
- Missouri
